Artistic Outdoors is a collaboration between Alan Kwong and Victor Ortiz.

For over twenty years, Alan has been a real estate investor, confronting all aspects of home ownership, repair, maintenance, and improvement. With the help of his wife, Alan has taken houses down to the studs and built them back up. He has experienced the highs of working with great contractors and the wracking emotions that come when you get ripped off or served up sub-standard work. Since starting his first business in high school, Alan quickly learned the importance of communicating clearly with clients, laying out and meeting expectations, and after-sales service. He has since gone on to earn his certification as a public accountant (CPA), own and manage rental properties in multiple states, and serve as Bardstown's premier clothing alterationist since 2013. Attention to detail and timeliness are hallmarks of his success.

Victor is hard-working, experienced, and always acts with a desire to please the client at the forefront of his mind. Victor has been in the construction industry for over twenty years, managing construction projects, operating heavy machinery, and finishing cement.
